Weddings & Receptions
Our 2500 square foot reception center can handle most average size groups. In addition, we have an 1800 square foot chapel, which has been recently remodeled.
Our rate includes:
~ choice of backdrop (banquet hall only)
~ ten tables with choice of linen color
~ up to nine chairs per table
~ registry table with linen
~ choice of center pieces
~ cake table with linen & lace overlay
~ registry table with linen & overlay
~ gift table with linen & lace skirting
~ use of feather pen & cake knife
~ 30% discount on invitation order
~ dressing rooms for bride, groom, etc.
~ punch or water fountain (no cups)
~ sound system
~ based on 5 hours usage before 11:00pm
Monday - Thursday $ 1,000.00
Friday & Saturday $ 1,200.00
Ceremony with Reception $ 350.00
Additional items:
Extra tables, chairs & linen $ 18.00 ea.
White doves in cage $ 15.00 pr.
Extra hours before 11:00pm $ 50.00 hr
Ceremony Only: $ 500.00

Cakes, Catering, Photography, Flowers Band or DJ, etc...
We offer these items at a reasonable cost, or you may provide them yourself. There is a $100.00 fee for outside catering. You must also provide your own table servers or you will be charged $25.00 per hour per person for our staff. These fees are waived if using our caterer. All guests, including band or DJ must leave the building prior to 11:00 pm or the extra hour fee is charged.
Recitals
Dance and music recitals are very popular. Our rate includes up to seventy-five chairs and is based on three hours usage.
Monday - Thursday $ 150.00
Anniversaries & Reunions
Our facility is available for all types of anniversaries and reunions. We are flexible and do not require that you use our catering (outside catering fee applies). However, we will be happy to provide prices as needed.

Some Friday's or Saturday's may be available for Anniversary's, Reunion's and Recitals.
Deposit/Refund Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is required to reserve your date. We require you to continue making reasonable payments up until 14 days prior to your date, at which time the remaining balance will be due in full. In addition, you will be charged a $200.00 damage and security deposit. Any mess left in the parking lot will result in a minimum $ 50.00 clean up fee being deducted. Any remaining balance will be refunded within 7 days as long as no other damage is inflicted on the property or furnishings.
